At Purity Labs, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will work with you to make it right.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. After 30 days, we are unable to process return requests.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging
  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at admin@puritylabsusb.com with your order number and reason for return
  • Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions
  • Ship the product back to the address provided in the return instructions
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (note: we offer free shipping on all orders)

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at admin@puritylabsusb.com. Orders that have not yet been shipped can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at admin@puritylabsusb.com with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
